Pavilion Information
Pavilion Location
The pavilion is located inside the Clarence F. Robinson Track and Field complex, just south of LaVell Edwards Stadium (1600 North Canyon Road, Provo, UT 84604).
Parking Passes
There are pavilion parking passes available for the corporate sponsor to use (generally for organizers and events staff). The passes are for the lot adjacent to the Pavilion (see map below).
Parking Locations
For attendees without a parking pass, the best place to park is in the lots just south of the track around Helaman Halls or LDS Philanthropies.
Time
The pavilion opens 2.5 hours before kickoff and closes 30 minutes before kickoff.
Miscellaneous
Each pavilion event includes assistance on set up, decorations, game programs, food, drinks, dessert, lawn games, TV's to watch other college games, background music, and bathrooms.
Accomodations can be made for colder games, including space heaters, hot chocolate, etc.
