Game Entitlement

Please finalize the below details in preparation for your game entitlement:

- First pitch or game ball recipient's name and title
- Concourse table (yes or no)
- Company tagline
- In-game promotion (yes or no) if yes, describe the promotion and prize
- Opportunity for a giveaway

Doors open to the public 1 hour before the first pitch

Concourse Table

All concourse tables need to be set up 1 hour and 15 minutes before the start of the game.

Example:
5:45 p.m. - Set up table
6:00 p.m. - Doors open
7:00 p.m. - Game begins

First Pitch

The first pitch happens about 20 minutes before the start of the game. Please have your game ball recipient meet at the home team dugout.

Example:
6:35 p.m. - Meet BYU representative at home team dugout for first pitch
6:40 p.m. - First Pitch
7:00 p.m. - Game begins

Doors open to the public 1 hour before each game

Ticket Office Hours

Prior to Gameday


Prior to gameday, the public will call is located at the Marriott Center Ticket Office. Guests must show a valid ID in order to claim their tickets at each location. The Marriott Center Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00-5:00 p.m.

Gameday


The softball ticket office opens 1 hour before the game starts.

Policies

Entering the Playing Field


Entering the Playing Field without proper credentials is a violation of conference and facility rules. Offenders will be ejected, fined, and subject to prosecution.


Flyer Distribution


The distribution of advertising flyers or brochures is prohibited.


Lost and Found


Lost and Found articles should be reported or turned into the Special Events Office, ushers or University Police. Any article not claimed after the event will be sent to the University Central Lost and Found (801-422-3024).


Prohibited Items


No outside food or drink (including bottled water), cans/containers, coolers, back packs, oversized bags and other large items, artificial noisemakers (including small plastic megaphones), large signs/banners, flags, sticks/poles, umbrellas, laser pointers, video cameras, weapons, bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, fireworks, and any item deemed dangerous by management. Empty water bottles are permitted.


Radios


Radios can be used, but please be considerate of those around you and use earphones.


Service Animals


Service Animals that are trained specifically to do work or tasks to assist someone with a disability are allowed in Miller Park. Other animals whether wild or domestic, trained or untrained are not considered service animals and by law can be turned away. Service animals must be under the handler’s control at all times either by verbal or sight command, or leash.
