Game Entitlement
Please finalize the below details in preparation for your game entitlement:
- Game ball recipient's name and title
- Company tagline
- Company logo for videoboard exposure
- Half-time promotion (yes or no)... if yes, describe the promotion and prize
- Concourse Table (yes or no)
- Opportunity for a giveaway in stadium and/or on social media

Halftime Promotion
Please finalize your halftime promotion with a detailed description of the contest and what the prize is for the winners.
Doors open to the public 1 hour before kickoff
Concourse Table
Set up begins 30 minutes before doors open to the public (1 hour before the match begins). Please make sure your concourse table is set up before doors open.
Your concourse table will be near the main entrance at South Field in the southwest corner of the stadium.
Example:
5:30-6:00 p.m. - Set Up
6:00 p.m. - Doors Open
7:00 p.m. - Match Begins
If you need additional time for set up, please contact your BYU representative.

Game Ball Presentation
The game ball presentation will occur approximately 12 minutes before kickoff.
Please have your game ball recipient meet your BYU representative 25 minutes before the game begins.
Example:
6:35 p.m. - Meet BYU Representative
~6:48 p.m. - Game Ball Presentation
7:00 p.m. - Match Begins

Ticket Office Hours
Prior to Gameday
Prior to gameday, the public will call is located at the Marriott Center Ticket Office. Guests must show a valid ID in order to claim their tickets at each location. The Marriott Center Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00-5:00 p.m.
Gameday
On gameday, public will call is located at the ticket office just inside the main gates of South Field. The ticket office will be open 1 hour before kickoff each game.

Gates open 1 hour before kickoff
Gate entrances are located on the northwest and southwest sides of South Field.
