Doors open to the public 1.5 hours before tipoff
Concourse Tables
Set Up: Set up begins 1.5 hours prior to tipoff, and all tables must be set up 1 `hour before tipoff.
Location: We will send a map to you the week leading up to the game of exactly where your concourse table will be located.
Unloading and Parking: You can unload in front of the ticket office, next to 15-minute parking (North side). After unloading, you may park in any open spot north of the Marriott Center.
Example:
5:30 p.m. - Doors Open and Set Up Begins (most fans show up about 30 minutes before tipoff)
6:00 p.m. - Table Must Be Set Up
7:00 p.m. - Tipoff

The game ball presentation will occur during the first timeout of the game. The exact time fluctuates depending on how the game is going.
Please have your game ball recipient meet your BYU representative 15 minutes before the game begins.

Marriott Center Ticket Office
Hours and Location
The Marriott Center Ticket Office is located just inside the north entrance of the building.
The ticket office is open Monday-Friday from 10:00-5:00 p.m. Office hours vary on event days and holidays. During BYU Basketball games, tickets may be on sale at the satellite ticket booths outside the northwest and northeast corners of the building.
Will Call
All will call tickets can be picked up at the main Marriott Center Ticket Office on the north side of the building.

The Marriott Center has adopted a clear bag policy. Approved bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
Prohibited bags include backpacks, cinch bags, diaper bags, fanny packs, purses, and tote bags.

Marriott Center Annex
In 2016, BYU opened a state-of-the-art training facility for its basketball programs. This facility is located directly east of the Marriott Center and is home to BYU Basketball’s “Hall of Champions” showcase.
You can access the hall of champions from the north entrance of the annex. It’s open to fans weekdays during business hours and an hour and a half before each home game.
